Tiongson, presents the plaque and certificate of recognition during the first Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan recently after being awarded with the Best Implementor for Population and Development Integration in The Outstanding Population Structure (TOPS) Regional Awards last March 19, 2026 at the Sacop Ephatha Development Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
