DOST ILOCOS REGION BOOTH WINS GRAND PRIZE AT AGRI-TOURISM AND COMMUNITY FAIR
The Department of Science and Technology Ilocos Region (DOST Ilocos Region) was recognized as GRAND WINNER – Best Agri-Tourism Booth Competition during the Agri-Tourism and Community Fair held from March 6-10, 2026, in celebration of the 28th Cityhood Founding Anniversary of the City of San Fernando, La Union.
The DOST Ilocos Region booth showcased various science and technology programs, services, and innovations aimed at supporting agriculture, local industries, and community development. Through engaging exhibits and discussions, visitors were able to learn how science and technology initiatives help empower communities and promote sustainable growth in the region.
